About the workshop

I’m a San Clemente-based fine art and interiors photographer. My work explores place, landscape, design, and the way we experience the environments around us. My fine art photography spans landscapes, coastal environments, travel, and more abstract interpretations of place. I’m often drawn to creating images that capture the feeling or memory of a place, rather than simply documenting what’s in front of me. My photography has received awards and recognition and my pieces are collected by homeowners, designers, and businesses. I produce my work in limited editions, with a strong emphasis on materials, craftsmanship, and how each piece ultimately lives within a space. I also photograph residential interiors, architecture, and design. I approach interiors with the same eye I bring to my fine art work, paying attention to light, composition, materials, and the smaller details that give a home its personality. I’m also the founder and president of the San Clemente Home Tour, a nonprofit I created to celebrate exceptional local homes and design while raising funds for San Clemente’s public schools. The Home Tour brings together so many things I love, architecture, interiors, photography, design, and community, and I personally photograph many of the homes and editorial features for our annual keepsake magazine.
